Well i was just playing with guests on my server and suddenly a guy say
ARE YOU THE ADMIN, i say yes and i get a ban. I am ABSOLUTELY sure to
give my rcon to noone. The rcon is really hard to find. My server's
name has been changed and it has been hacked. |

Please open a support ticket so our admins can investigate the issue and help you restore admin to yourself. |

first thing i did....but terrible lack of support of gameservers during
the week end will probably put it back to monday. Honestly i am VERY
disapointed with my server. I have experienced many servers crashes and
rcon commands not working. |

If the servers are hacked that easily, i hope my credit card's number won't be, this can get far... |

Servers are usually hacked due to the game server software having
issues. Your credit card information is not stored by GameServers.com
but by a credit card processing company.
Could you please post your support ticket # so I can take a look at the status of your ticket. |

and also as i said i did NOT give my rcon to anyone else, i just
today after being banned give it to a friend so he could unban me. And
he is the only person i know having the rcon. |
